It does not matter for winning if the answer is positive or negative, only that it was answered in a relevant and constructive way. The focus is on the content of the journal and whether it helps you, or if it doesn't, why.
Both requirements must be met to be eligible for the drawing.

Terms and Conditions of Entry to cococumba Giveaways

1) Organizer

Organizer of the giveaway is cococumba – Aileen Schuering, c/o Postflex #3813, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “cococumba” or “organizer”).

2) Participation

  1. Any natural person 18 years of age or older residing in the United States of America is eligible to enter, except employees of cococumba and their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.
  2. A participant enters the giveaway by appropriately answering the giveaway question and submitting it by the end of the period specified in the giveawy. The logged time of receipt will be used.
  3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  4. Participation is free of charge. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Participants only have to pay for their Internet connection. cococumba is neither liable for the availability of the website nor for any transmission errors.
  5. Participation is subject to full compliance with the terms and conditions described in the giveaway. Incorrect, incomplete or late entries cannot be considered. cococumba cannot be held responsible for late, incomplete or not received entries.
  6. By entering the giveaway, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.

3) Identification of winners

  1. The prize is described in each specific giveaway and will be drawn within one week of the giveaway closing date.
  2. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received.
  3. Winners will be notified by email and asked for their mailing address. The prize will then be mailed to the address provided (USA only).
  4. If the winner does not respond to the email within two weeks of notification, the prize will be forfeited.
  5. The prize is also forfeited if the prize cannot be shipped within four weeks of the first notification of the prize for reasons within the winner’s control.
  6. Shipping will be within the USA only. If, after the winner has been drawn, it turns out that the winner does not have a U.S. mailing address as required by the terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited.
  7. Only one prize is possible per participant.
  8. The prize will be given to the winner only and is not transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged, picked up by the winner, or paid out in cash.
  9. The risk passes to the entrant when the prize is handed over to a carrier. The organizer is not responsible for any damage caused during delivery.
  10. Any additional expenses associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
  11. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the winner will accept an appropriate substitute prize.

4) Exclusion from participation

  1. Participation using fake identities or third party identities is not allowed. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple addresses or profiles to increase one’s chances of winning. In case of suspicion, cococumba reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway.
  2. It is not allowed to use unauthorized tools or to gain advantages by manipulation, e.g. by automated mass participation of third parties or other unauthorized means. In case of suspicion of technical manipulation, cococumba reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway.
  3. In addition, providing false personal information or using a “fake profile” may result in disqualification.
  4. In such cases, winnings may be subsequently voided and/or reclaimed.

5) Early termination or cancellation of the giveawy

cococumba reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond cococumba’s control, or if this is the only way to ensure the proper execution of the giveaway.

6) Privacy Policy

  1. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data. cococumba collects, stores and processes this personal data exclusively for the purposes of the giveaway and within the legally permissible scope.
  2. As part of the giveaway, cococumba will collect the following personal data:
    First and last name, e-mail address, postal address.
  3. The data will be collected by the organizer solely for the purpose of determining and notifying the winner, verifying compliance with the terms and conditions, and sending the prize.
  4. cococumba will delete the data of the participants when it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes. This is usually the case when the prize has been sent and the organizer has assured that it has reached the winner.
  5. Cococumba will only share the information in the event of a win with service providers that assist in the delivery of the prize, such as shipping companies or Amazon.
  6. Participants have the right to request information about their personal data stored by the organizer at any time. The same applies to the deletion of the corresponding data as well as the correction and blocking of data.

7) Liability

  1. cococumba is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway. Participants agree to release and hold harmless cococumba and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
  2. Questions and complaints regarding the giveaway are to be directed to the organizer by sending an e-mail to aileen@cococumba.com.
  3. Legal action is excluded.
  4. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
